Italian Brainrot Survival Arena is a fun two-player survival battle set inside a dangerous lava-filled cave. Choose your fighter and push your friend toward the lava.

Avoid falling into the lava and watch out for rocket missiles dropping from the cave ceiling. If a missile hits you or you fall into the lava, you lose.

Use movement controls to survive, push your opponent, and stay safe for as long as possible. The player who falls into the lava the most or gets hit by a rocket loses the game.
